TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE (with fee)

 
 

Technical assistance service is available for all TOPKAPI licenses, including TRIAL and EDUCATIONAL licenses.

Discounts are available for students and academic institutions.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT service provides professional consulting on implementation activities, calibration and use of TOPKAPI model, such as:

  • Support for model implementation and calibration
  • Support for data preparing (GIS and hydro-meteorological data)
  • Project-specific assistance on application of TOPKAPI model
  • Hydrologic modeling troubleshooting
  • Interpretation of model results
 
 

Technical support service is available Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) 9:00-18:00 (CET)  through e-mail (support@progea.net) or skype (progea.support). It is kindly required to make an appointment.
