TOPKAPI offers flexible licensing options so that you can work where and when you need to. Licensing options include a permanent license and a time license, which is ideal for short-term projects that may not warrant paying for a permanent license. Discounts are offered for those Customers who wish to upgrade from the time license to the permanent one.
